Miss Gracie will gift wrap for free! Please enter the word GIFT in the Notes Section of your order plus any special instructions. Be sure to include a gift message and we'll do the rest.

Postage charges will be added during the PayPal checkout and are based on shopping cart amount. Miss Gracie UK and International postal charges:

£1.50 on purchases up to £15.00

£2.50 on purchases of £15.01 to £25.00

£3.50 on purchases of £25.01 to £35.00

£4.50 on purchases of £35.01 to £49.99

FREE postage for purchases over £50.00

Our Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Each of our hair bows is handmade, as are many of our gift products. Great care is given to every detail but if you ever receive an item that is defective or does not meet your expectations, please let us know and we will replace or refund the item for you. Unfortunately postage cannot be refunded.
